This is "oh what the hell" levels of pricing.
I agree with this. It already has infrastructure routes (roads, sewer, water supply, power) for a city with twice the population. Higher elevation to avoid polar ice cap melting, access to abundant fresh water, just outside of immediate danger of Yellowstone, and no major fault lines.
For $85k there are many other vehicles I would rather have:
