I agree with this. It already has infrastructure routes (roads, sewer, water supply, power) for a city with twice the population. Higher elevation to avoid polar ice cap melting, access to abundant fresh water, just outside of immediate danger of Yellowstone, and no major fault lines.

For $85k there are many other vehicles I would rather have:

um...They've been selling the 70 series in Australia and other markets for ever, this is the wider refreshed model with the same engine and trans you've been able to buy there for a while. except there you can get the excellent single of twin turbo V8 diesel too.
