Using the Netflix RSS feed.

I use IFTTT to send me a SMS when the local TV stations, radio stations and newspapers post on their websites, giving free movie, theater and concert tickets. On average, I get free tickets to two+ shows per week.

That's actually only partially true. Most of the areas of KC getting Google Fiber are low to mid-low income areas, not the wealthier areas of the city. This is intentional by Google, as the goal is "to provide internet to everyone" and 5MBPS service for free is pretty awesome.
