kudos to her for putting in some hard work. Then again, most 7-year olds don't get to race professional go-karts.. In other words, there's a dad that pushed her into it, and that has a lot to do with it I'm sure.

I bought some 8.5 x 11 sticky whiteboard sheets a couple months ago. I cut them into smaller pieces and use it to remember dates (when did I change the furnace filter, when did I last clean out the coffee machine, etc.). That way I'm not wasting paper sticking a new post-it note every time I have to write a new note.
"they're boxy, but they're good"
When I was 12, I had just seen back to the future. One of my teachers owned a delorean, and my mouth went agape seeing one in person. I wanted that car more than anything in the world. Of course now that I'm grown up, my opinion has changed a lot, but I still get that feeling when I see one in person.
This article is stupid. This implies that a wireless device needs to be physically plugged into the OBD-II port to make changes on the fly. I don't know about you, but I think I would notice something like that plugged in.
yea, and there's no shortage of oil either, that's why we're building offshore oil rigs with thinwall piping that breaks so that all the oil spews out into the ocean.
very misleading to say the least. V8 roaring engine, manual transmission (which doesn't get 31mpg but 29mpg). Still with that said, 305hp while still getting fuel economy that high is quite impressive, hell my daily driver corolla gets about that and I've got a peasly 125hp :-(
Hmmm... yea, kids not old enough to drive are driving porsche's around a track? My life officially sucks a little bit more.
I always thought remote starts on manual transmission cars were illegal preiod(safety switch or not). Clearly switches are not that safe. Mechanics will always win over electronics.
@oddfish: hilarious! Toyota could use a golden ticket right about now.. or a snickers bar (need a moment?)
what a stupid article, gas IS $3.39 in chicago right now (cheaper in the burbs), so with a year of inflation and a devalued dollar I'd say we're right on track.
In light of recent news that teslas waste battery energy keeping itself cool, topped off with a $100k pricetag I don't see this company taking off. God bless them for their efforts and R&D, but tesla won't be in business a couple years from now.
what an ego on that guy
oh the horror, how could you ruin a vw bug like that?
ahh great, so GM gets to pass the buck and let the creditors eat up that money. Guess my credit cards will start charging me 50% interest now.
I don't know how anyone can afford to put gas into a muscle car, especially if the compression has been modified to run on 100 octane
ONLY 112mph? That's actually damned impressive for a 1.6L
as much as I don't like the smugness of bmw (or the drivers of them for that matter), I really like this. Style in front, hauling capacity in back.
If all you people didn't call up and complain to microsoft so much, they might have time to build some cars
It looks like a cadillac CTS and a matrix had a baby..
