The combat was a satisfying experience. You really do feel yourself learning the ins and outs of the mechanic beasts and improve on the the way you tackle them. It also has the Monster Hunter effect, when you start knocking off pieces from the machines and see them get weaker.
Same. It was of the few games I Platinumed as well.
Lol. It’s a really good open-world game. It’s not on the same level as the Witcher 3, but it’s definitely one of the better open-worlds to come out this generation.
There were beautiful types of biomes in Horizon. I think my personal favorite was the rain forest sections. It made for a lot of interesting trap setups. But I agree the hoarding of herbs was tiresome.
GAWH! I love how this game looks. I was asking myself last night, “Why does everything look too pretty in this game.”
Thanks man! appreciate the love.
I really wish PvP rolled out the day it released or even a week after its release. It would have benefited from it. Like you said Revenants wear out their charm after the third summon.
haha, I wish they gave him a backstory or more screen time. After he jumped on screen, I was instantly intrigued.
I enjoyed the loot formula at the start but became overwhelmed with the all loot given to me much later in the game.
I think it was the way I first approached him. I went in dodging him like I had all the iframes in the world. It does a good job at teaching you the importance of timed dodges; it definitely trained me for the rest of the game.
Yeah, I heard the TMNT game got bad reviews. The Switch is almost upon us! I feel like everything is happening so fast with that console.
I get what you mean with the surplus games. A few games I want are coming out soon (looks at Nioh and Horizon).
I’ll need to pace myself with the backlog. I want to push myself, but not too much to the point that I despise it haha. But Thanks man. I’ll definitely go and check out some of your stuff as well, and may the game God’s give us strength for these 2017 sales!
I’m afraid of that too. I’m hoping I can find a balance between my backlog and playing whatever I want to play. If push comes to shove, I’ll most likely slow my roll with the backlog. The last thing I want is turn games into work.
I feel you, man. Especially with the recent release of thePlaystation 4 Pro and the soon to be Scorpio Xbox. I wouldn’t have mind waited a bit longer for this gen to release to its full potential.
