Disagree. Long time MH player here and Dauntless plays like a dream in comparison; instead of a game that was built clunky a long time ago and kept that way because “that’s how it is” (and I feel I should reiterate I looooove MH)

Ah, that’s a good point. I could make a comment about how I’m not calling for anything to change just because I don’t like it, but I think that’d fall flat. Maybe I just think it’s “worth an io9 comment” but not “worth telling the company they messed up”.
