Legacy is absolutely worth it, once you have the time and money. Zombicide can definitely be expensive with all of the add-ons, but the core game normally sits around $50-60 and I’ve seen Amazon have it as low as $45. The developers regularly release new missions for free online and again, the sandbox elements are…

Then allow me to recommend Pandemic Legacy, and/or Zombicide. The former is Pandemic perfected, and the latter is a fantastic co-op game that has plenty of sandbox potential.
