@Dr. Nemmo: Well if he's doing this to her, she's clearly a bitch and while she may not be the "blow up little children" type, she's still a terrorist of sorts.

@RGLarson: For those who get a degree in the same field as their career, the value of their education never goes down (try being a statistician or econometrician without knowing how to do statistics or regression analysis).

@ursa: I think it was your wording of "designation" that threw me off.

@Voltswagon: So you've never driven it on a road with a speed limit higher than 45? 0-30 is always low in any car (due to first gear being incredibly tall compared to other gears so that you have enough power to get the car moving from a dead stop), but the faster you're going, the bigger the gap gets for ever 30mph

@Anarkiwi: That picture gives the impression of "Retarded" more than "Raging".

@Onizuka-GTO: Unless you have a badge saying that you're a government sanctioned terrorist, there essentially ARE no places that you "usually" see people with guns because of your very mentality.

@Voltswagon: Once you finally get it up to speed maybe. The 20+ second zero to sixty time though is a road hazard and puts yourself and everyone else in danger every time you go on the highway.

@loce07: She's hot. The shotgun and the muscle car just make her even hotter.

@RGLarson: If you're the type who spent most of your school years drunk and copying homework off others to pass, then you're right. However, for those who actually study and get a degree in a meaningful field (I'll give you a hint - philosophy and womens studies are NOT worthwhile fields to major in), then you'll

@ursa: What exactly do you mean by "professional designation"? Other than professional degrees such as JD or CPA and such, I have no clue what you could be talking about.

If there is a local school where you can go back to school and keep your current job, that's the best option. Sure, it may be hell at times (I'm working full time and in grad school) but the end result is worth it.

@derilium: Same here. I bought an HP tm2t for grad school and it's wonderful. When I need a laptop, it's there and when I need to write, I just pull out the pen and flip the screen around. It's also nice to never have to worry about grabbing the wrong notebook for a class.

I preemptively took care of that - I don't use twitter and never have. Problem solved! =D

@Steezy McFresh: Nah, it's because the guy doing the promo for Sony wasn't black.

@polobunny: Yea, seeing as how you have to already know the equation, it seems pretty pointless.

@battra92: Except that property taxes still effect rent. Are you bearing the full brunt of it? No, but part of what a landlord charges for rent is the share of property taxes for that unit, so if property taxes increase, your rent will too.

@TWSS: You get a place to live either way. With renting, your money is gaining you nothing - with buying, you will (at some point, that's up to you) have it paid off - then not only is there no more rent (huge saving, especially when you're older and have a fixed income), but you can sell it if need be and move to

@TWSS: What you (and many others on here) are forgetting is that all that money you pay in rent is going down the toilet - you get NOTHING to show for it. When you buy a house, you have something that you can then later sell if you want / need.

@Arken: Or it's "in his head" because he doesn't SEE buttons he thinks he's not applying any pressure or "pushing" anything.

@Arken: Bullshit. I had an iPhone and I have an Android phone now - you still have to use pressure. But hey, why use logic when you can worship at the Church of Apple.
