I have always had horrible dry lips, cracking and peeling on the winter, and the only thing that worked for me is Trader Joe’s lip balm. It sounds so basic, but it has made a huge difference. It is super cheap, and I just keep them everywhere around the house and in my coat pockets so I can reapply often.
