I have to wonder what everyone will call it in comments, forums, what have you once it's out. `X360` was so easy to use. What do we do now? X1? That could be confusing. XOne? Seems eh. Xbox One? You know us internet folk; that's too long.

I... thought I was the only one. It just made so much sense one time and it's a regular thing now. Delicious Cheetos and no dirty hands while gaming = heaven.

This about sums up Francis' reply:

I'm with you. I'm glad Kotaku alerted me to this YouTube user. Fucking gold mine.

Well, with that note of the soundtrack being by Jesper Kyd, I may have to give this a more thorough look as the soundtrack is of the utmost importance and can really make a game that much better.

I'm in the same boat about loving how Sony has taken this direction. It's great to see video games being depicted as art, if you will. This sort of thing can have very powerful effects.

And here I was, posting something about this myself on that new blog format! This game looks very promising to me. I had never even read anything about it until today. I really like the idea of the rain playing such a huge part, as well as the sounds included with the footage.

From the article here, it seems that it is saying that all game content that will be accepted for use by the console and its emulator(s) must be in .apk format and not in any other format in order to be used/played. At least, that's what I took from it.

Seeing as how there is a time limit on the ability to edit one's posts, I will be replying to myself here.

Turn-based combat really is the best. I don't like to be rushed. I like it to feel like a game of chess. There is something to be said about those who can react quickly and efficiently under pressure, but most, if not all, people will do a better job given the time to think things over and plan. I'm a big fan of CTB

This looks (graphically) very nice. I really like that instead of making some more modern 3D graphics that may not be as pleasing as say Frostbite or CryEngine, this game stuck with some very sleek, modern-looking 2D.

You know, I hadn't actually read the corporate press article. It does sound a bit money-oriented in there, although that could just be corporate talking and you know how that goes. With that in mind, though, it will be somewhat a somewhat unnerving wait to see where they take this brand. I really hope they don't go

Nintendo is also in it for the control of their corner of the market.

With emulators being already present with the product, it certainly does open up some very grey legal areas. As with all devices, workarounds will eventually be found by those dedicated enough to the cause and the device will facilitate such means.

Well, if you're looking at their track record of quality games with a very driven focus on user experience and not on money-making scheming, you might be able to trust that they aren't trying to get into those sorts of schemes (even though increased revenue will be highly possible) but that they're trying to get the

I love FFX's battle system as well; CTB (conditional turn-based). That's definitely my ideal battle system when it comes to JRPGs.
