People freak out when I say this, but I have a plan. When social services or whoever comes for me, I won’t be there. I’ll be a corpse outdoors, somewhere pretty. My autonomy is crucial to my well being and I will not sacrifice it.

And yet people can’t figure out why being institutionalized is one of my biggest fears. (I have a very marked family history of dementia and kind of have to think about possible future scenarios.)
