I don’t know, when I home fry some french fries they turn plenty crispy on the outside while staying good on the inside.  I generally use a thicker cut though.

Yeah, I love their burgers, but my got their fries are horrible, I’d swear they were frozen since the 1980's if it wasn’t for the fact that you watch them cut the potatoes.
