The worst part with that is the vegan and Gluten free stuff often is the same meal so that so many innocent vegans have to deal with bread the density of a black hole.

Yeah i’m the same way. I’m trying to eat less meat but it’s hard based on the way I was raised. It is hard to feel really satisfied in a meal without meat. I get full, and it tastes good, but something just feels missing because EVERY meal i grew up with had meat.

Unless you are making baked goods olive oil works just fine for a butter replacement for most things.

Imagine you are a regular person looking to buy something to drink, and you see two drinks one of them listed “Due to Prop 18 we disclose this is made with Dihydrogen monoxide” and another that says “Dihydrogen Monoxide Free!”

Nah. Meat is really superfluous in those cases. People just get tricked because Pepperoni and Meatballs are really good and never really eaten by the average person outside of those context.  So it is the only way to get that stuff even though it’s actually by itself.

Las Vegas is a good place for higher class Vegan food. Steve Wynn used to be vegan so he made all his chefs make food he would actually want to eat.
