yeah if AC could just have challenging combat to disincentivize counter spamming (at least until you get better gear) and half decent stealth that DIDN’T instafail you when you break cover but had a dynamic alert system a la Hitman or even MGSV it’d be a solid game

Some would argue the tank controls are somewhat the point to accentuate the horror. As someone who beat the game for the first time on switch a few months ago, I’m still not sure how I feel about said controls but a toggle option between “classic” and “modern” controls would be nifty, albeit a lotta work for the devs

it helps to take breaks from Witcher 3 after certain milestones. I beat the main story and first DLC about 4 months ago by playing it on and off for 2 years and I’ll get to finishing blood and wine when I pick witcher 3 back up again

Dunkey doesn’t really use that language anymore, and in a lot of ways he’s a much more mellow and insightful voice (in his more serious reviews for instance). Not to excuse his past use of language but people can change and improve and I think he has. 

Dunkey’s serious review videos are actually pretty good, him being open about his biases actually makes it very handy for a consumer to make a gauge on whether to buy something or not

those are three niche franchises (moreso the first two) and all are in completely different genres from Bayo, so yeah they’re filling a void

I agree with your general points but if I may not something about your rock paper scissors article, it’s that the passive-agressive tone you used for it was REAL thick. It definitely made it harder to want to agree with you, so maybe don’t employ something like that if you’re trying to go about convincing people

I own it on PS4 and Switch but loved the ability to play it on the go so beat it on switch. Unless you REALLY care about that or trophies any platform should do just fine
