i almost feel bad for Netflix and Lauren Hissrich, it takes talent to absolutely mangle what should have been an easy hit. You had like 9 books and three proven acclaimed video games to work with, a built in fan base, Henry Cavill, a netflix budget - and ya’ll still managed to absolutely shit the bed.

Teach your kids to behave.  If they need a tablet to sit at a restaurant, its your fault, not the server’s. 

It’s commensurate to service, from 20% for perfect/no noticed problems to 0% for causing an allergic reaction (after being informed).
