When I said Iw as tired of Johnny Depp and did not wish to see him in anything else, this isn’t what I meant!

I agree with 1-3, and would probably add a few more.

I think that’s what I liked, too... at the time. Now, it doesn’t really work as good for me.

*vomits*

This has been my sentiment, lately. After seeing the Black Panther, I wondered how a totally different culture and technology turned out to look like it came from the exact same place as everything else in the MCU. Of course, it is because it DID come from the exact same place outside of the story.

You keep making the same tired argument over and over, that saying shes bought and paid for is the equivilant of sexism.

Billionaire risk-taker Bruce Wayne should be Daredevil, and the guy with echolocation should be Batman.

For my money it fits in way TOO much with the rest of the MCU. As I posted in more detail elsewhere, no matter which character or film, they all look like they go to the same tailor.

YES!

We don’t want that crap... Anybody who’s supporting me and doing sexist things, we don’t want that.

Hopefully some of the uneducated, jerkface idiots *heard him*.
(Waits for unhinged rationalizations how it’s just “secret code” to do MORE of the same.)

It makes me feel better to remember that, apparently, the best strategy Hillary has at the moment is to deflect progressive criticism about her corporate funders/hawkishness/history of center-right political alignment by insinuating that people who prefer Sanders must be sexist. I found this article cathartic: http://w

The problem is that it really calls her entire body of work into question when she reveals that powerful women act the same way as powerful men and that maybe, just maybe, this all has a lot less to do with gender identity and a lot more to do with wealth and privilege.

It’s amazing. I was accused of being an MRA for simply stating that economic issues ARE womens issues and that white feminists are dismissive of the issues us non white women are facing daily.

So, Bill and Hillary supporters have never said anything sexist about women who’ve accused Bill of harassment? Or Monica Lewinsky?

Like the default being crying “sexist!” and doing every possible to avoid having to address actual issues instead of perceived attacks on one of the most privileged women in the world?

tfw madeline albright calls you a sex traitor

has anyone written anything on rude Hillary fans yet? Because I’ve seen some really gross things written about Bernie, too.

BUT ECONOMIC ISSUES ARE WOMENS ISSUES!!!!! LOW INCOME WOMEN AND NON WHITE WOMEN COUNT TOO YOU KNOW!!!!!!

I think you’re misinformed or misinterpreting something. The Hyde Amendment has prevented federal funding of abortion since 1976. Birth control funding was fought for by the Obama administration and is part of Obamacare even after legal battles took it to the Supreme Court. Obama couldn’t overturn the Supreme Court

Those “larger” issues are women’s issues too. It’s just that more and more feminists have become frustrated with the narrow application of “women’s issues” to wealthy, white, American women.
