Personally, Caitlyn Jenner stole the show IMO thanks to the running gag of her constantly running over people and her giving Randy the beat down that I'm sure a few South Park viewers felt he deserved.

Given how the only wrestler that Vince cares about is currently busy filming a reality show, this is definitely him and Kevin Dunn pulling stuff out of their rears.

Not unless you're dealing with an alicorn or a unicorn that's written like a Mary Sue.

Not sure about other 18-49 viewers, but given how A Charlie Brown Christmas was on last night, I wouldn't be surprised if kiddies (and the 50+ viewers) opted to watch that over the first two-thirds of Raw last night.

Thus ensuring that it doesn't matter which side anyone takes during the MCU Civil War, as we're all pretty much screwed once he get back.

Given how it plays a role in the Infinity Gem story line, then yeah, you should watch it.

In Yellow Subterfuge.

…and that "Gravity" joke a couple of years back.

Especially when they find out about how he was raped by the Japanese during World War II.

Given how he's been one of PC Principal's major targets, I wouldn't be surprised if Kyle plays a major role in the battle against the living ads.

…and there's the obligatory "Stop the Planet of the Apes. I Want to Get Off" reference that no AV Club discussion involving primates of any kind wouldn't be complete without. :D

The Tweek and Craig art featured in this episode is tame compared to some of the more "adult" stuff that appears on various image boards (and that's more than just Tweek and Craig art).

It's probably the latter, as I had a feeling (through my fandom of, among other things, anime) that this episode was going to be a hoot in terms of spoofing the world of "fan ships" (especially those that involve two characters of the same gender).

If you think DeviantArt and Tumblr is weird, just wait until you see some of the R-18 art on the Japanese-based fan art site Pixiv.

Yeah, the "Tweek x Craig" pictures depicted here are more "shounen ai" than "yaoi".

Between the anime versions of Dipper and Wendy, the Godzilla parody on Sunday's Simpsons, the plot for Wednesday's South Park, and the nods to various 1990's anime in this coming Saturday's My Little Pony, those working in Western animation are definitely in a "Japanese" mood this week.

To me, the big laugh when it comes to Milhouse's cell phone was his American Girl wallpaper (as my mother and niece are into that toy line),

That's what I considered to be the big problem with the Homerzilla segment. That segment should have stuck with spoofing the "Golden Age of Godzilla" and the whole "guy in rubber suit stomping on models" aspect that had him a cult favorite rather than have the final minutes devoted to the American attempts to remake

It's probably because this concept was already done by the Japanese idol group AKB48, and given the comparisons between The Hunger Games and Battle Royale, I think the last thing most people want is another title that's considered a "American rip-off" of something that was produced by the Japanese.

it helps that her character was a ditz (and one of the funnier characters) in the original series as well.
