OK bud, time to give this narrative a rest. It’s been out for almost five years and by most accounts they’ve fixed the initial issues and turned the game around. Let’s let them have a win on this one.

Surely you can come up with different reasoning to argue 2005 is superior. This is currently arguing that 2005 is better than a version of Battlefront 2 that doesn’t exist anymore.

No lootboxes, and currently works fine.

Honestly, as somebody who chooses their words carefully—or at least tries very hard to—I would have just stayed away from any word or phrase that could evoke any means of suicide, whether or not the cause was known. That they happened to land on the phrase they did is just profound misfortune all around.

Yeah, I have a hard time thinking that anyone that has done anything more hardcore than car glamping didn’t read that book/see that mavie and come away thinking anything other than that guy was a moron.

Fast X-it

also like...is it even shitty that they supported these games for so long? isn’t it borderline commendable that you could still use the online features until now? surely it wasn’t generating them any money.

I don’tagree this is an example of that. They are killing the features that are inherently internet based (multiplater, achievements, etc). Yet, even though the server literally does not exist anymore you can still use the offline features. The only exception is items that could be earned online and used offline but

You mean when it was exclusive to Xbox?

Counterpoint: touching them harms them if it is done too much and he is not entitled to special treatment just because he is a cool movie star.

If that’s typically British, then I wish the US would take after them. The mentality that rules are bendable or breakable for the rich and/or famous needs to be tossed out of our culture.

You do know its comically easy for kids under 18 to get any sexual content they like, right? You can’t even argue that she markets directly towards under 18s so calling her a pedo means you’d have to call any man or woman that creates sexual content a pedo simply because kids can access it easily thanks to the internet

The problem with Cyborg getting elevated to JL status has always been that it wasn’t because he was interesting enough, it was because he was the only Black superhero in the DC lineup that Geoff Johns would let them use for anything. Jon Stewart, Jo Mullein, or Rocket would all be more interesting, but two of them are

Yeah, if you wanted a specific toy for Christmas, you had just as good a chance finding it tossed aside in home furnishings as you would in the actual toy section.

Can Will Smith slap someone again so we don't have to hear about Kim and Pete for a week?

I’ve noticed them doing this for the last couple months and curiosity got the better of me. Just asking for a little transparency regarding the effectiveness of spamming their own vids here resulted in denial, and strange back-pedaling.

This is not good! I don’t care how great Tesla is for breaking the mold and bringing EV’s to the masses. When your company is already notorious for panel gaps, you just don’t put shit like this out on display.

Every time you lead a Dirt Bag with Kardashian news, I open the article and scroll straight past the lead story to get to the non-Kardashian items. This has been the case for the last three DBs in a row. Before the Oscars provided us with a brief Kardashian respite, it was true for six DBs in a row. The fact that I

I get that new concepts and words can be hard. The singular “they” in English only goes back to the 14th century

Learn English. They is a very common singular pronoun, and has been long before trans folk started using it.

I’m fine with they/them, but there are good reasons why no-one wants to use xe/xir and other neo-pronouns. Aside from the weird spellings and incongruence with the wider language, once everyone starts having to remember separate different pronouns for individual people that aren’t recognizably connected to the
