I’m not very good at picking up on trends. I’m also not very good with identifying clothes that work for my shape. And just a general lack of ability to put together a good oufit. Over the years I’ve also lost a lot of patience for shopping, which probably isn’t helping.

Ahahaha. /thumbs up

I like the Pinterest idea because you can search for body shape. But I maybe like this idea more because you can look at sites that actually have the clothes available and at your price point. Sometimes on Pinterest you run into, this dress costs $500.

Yes, thank you! One of my Pinterest fears was that I would identify cute looks, but they would look bad on me.

This is an awesome idea! I got stuck with Tampax because that is what my mom used. They’re fine, but I switched to OB this past year and love them so much more. Of course, I could have switched much earlier, but by then Tampax was “my brand” because that’s what I started with.

I don’t know why it never occurred to me that I could bring some pictures in and ask salespeople to help me find similar looks. That is genius.

Sounds like you need to go back to the doctor and see if there are other conditions they need to check for and/or if there are other meds/dosages for you to try. Or maybe go to a different doctor for a second opinion?

I even have a fashion Pinterest board, I just never remember to get on Pinterest. Guess I just need to convince myself to be strategic about it.

Ha, I was going to say, sparkling lemonade sounds good too. Maybe add a couple dashes of fruity bitters if you have them around.

Mojito sounds good. Maybe do a margarita type drink, but with vodka instead of tequila and hot pepper infused simple syrup?

Yay, SNS!

This is a minor detail of the story, but if people are trapped in a car aren’t you not supposed to pull them out? Like you could be doing more harm than good, and that’s why first responders are supposed to handle it.

I just can’t quite wrap my head around why these rape kits aren’t routinely tested. I know the article mentions that for many years police weren’t great at handling rape victims. And that it is costly.

The why is certainly important. How will you create long-term change if you don’t know what and why caused the backlog in the first place?

Yep, that’s Harry.

Ha, story needs more stars.

Yes, that scene. I thought it was so poignant. My husband is decidedly not a Mad Men fan, but is around when I watch so he has a general idea of the characters and what’s going on. I made him watch that scene in an attempt to get him to maybe decide to like the show. Nothing.

There were definitely long stretches of the show where I full-on hated Pete. But I agree with David Bowlie and SetteOtto that he is an interesting character. Objectively, we should all hate Don too, but I was still rooting for him to get his life together. (Maybe I’m not supposed to?)

Dittos is definitely the word I was looking for.

I do know what you’re talking about, but I don’t remember them being called rexos. Now I will have to spend the rest of my night trying to figure it out. ;)
