If I was very very very rich, I'd do everything in my power to keep from becoming a household name. Fame seems like the worst thing ever, and wealth seems pretty rad on its own.

This just looks like before and after: heavy make-up and a dye job.

We are eternally grateful to Florida. You have done the world a great service.

Can we assume that the series is written by one or more of the work-for-hire writers in his "fiction factory," where they do all the creative work and he takes the money & credit?

Settlers of Catan does not get anyone knifed. Diplomacy is what gets people knifed.

I had a good friend who adopted, and in the middle of the process she became pregnant. She ultimately decided to abort because she was afraid the adoption would be pulled if they found out (also due to her history - if she knew the baby would stick, she would've kept it).

Either your friend's doctors are really unethical or they have issues they haven't told you about because doctors tell you to try for a year first. I hope your efforts work or else you have an easy time adopting (at low expense ). But I don't see it as a problem to try IVF if someone can afford it. Some people really

Adoption is super easy. You just go to the baby pound and pick out a cute one who wags its tail at you, don't you know?

It cost me over $20K out of pocket for the IVF procedures my (then) wife underwent.

My friend's parents (most of which are in fact grandparents) are some of my favorite Facebook friends. I can always count on them to like my pictures, wish me a happy birthday/anniversary, and post hilarious "laffy taffy" type jokes on my wall.

THE BOOK IS NOT EVEN THAT DIRTY.

There's a difference between getting upset and arguing a point with someone and threatening them. One can disagree with someone's points and still remain civil and communicative.

I snot way too much for them to be useful for me.

I co-mod a fairly popular blog on Tumblr about male privilege, and have received countless rape and death threats as a result. The founder of the blog was driven off Tumblr completely when a group of detractors doxxed her, posting not only her full name, address, and other details, but pictures of the outside of her

I posted a fairly popular "progress pic" on /r/twoxchromosomes once I hit 140 pounds lost. I should have known it was going to happen, but I got an absolute shit storm of the most horribly offensive messages ever. But this one person took the cake. I've never had anything quite so horrible said to me in my entire

My online stalker contacted me seemingly innocently via LinkedIn. I thought he was a burgeoning graduate student at my old alma mater back east (I'm a PhD student out West) who wanted some advice in navigating the peaks and valleys of graduate school. Keep in mind, I've never met him before, but accepted him on face

Okay, this is not bad at ALL compared to anything anyone else will share, I'm sure, but I just have to vent about this. There's this guy that I made out with one time in 2003. He will not let it go. We have a few mutual friends, so I was Facebook friends with him for a while, but he kept sending me messages asking

I don't throw anything out until it smells/looks/tastes bad. I hate when my coworkers throw out perfectly good yogurt because its 2 days past it's expiration dates.
