I think you're mistaken, Burt is truly the best part of the show.
Because ASP/her husband wrote most of the episodes and they left after season 6*. During season 6 they got into big fights with the network too. So everything after season 5 pretty much sucks.
Good customer service always make a great product even better. Hopefully I'll never have to use it, but I'm glad to know that they back the product so strongly.
