Even if it were a real tweet, I love how incompetent the article writer is. Both the headline and the opening sentence use the exact same language as the tweet: “has emerged”. If you are just adding words to a tweet to make it look like a real article, you probably are not doing a good job.

Except they have apologized. Multiple, multiple times. The idea that they haven’t is usually BS conjured up by China to keep their populace angry at a foreign enemy. Every time there is an apology, Korea or China complains that the words weren’t exactly what they wanted to hear.
