He is the swamp.

Let’s be clear. Like Obama with Bin Liden., his only role was approving the operation. And let’s be clear: Obama made it about the people who did there duty to do what he ordered. Trump made it all about The Donald.

I agree. She slept with someone that she had employment power over, and she needs to go. Men who do the same also need to go. The fact that she is also the victim of her ex husband’s abuse and revenge porn doesn’t make her conduct excusable...it is a separate issue.  Nor does the fact men have gotten away with it...we

I assume the challenge in thinking is that there is also a revenge porn aspect. I can think it was bad that she had an affair with a subordinate and also think her ex-husband is a scum bag who should be prosecuted for leaking nude photos of her. But not everyone can hold multiple truths.

They were clearly saying boo-urns.

How about auntie Ruckus? That fits her hateful, petty, small-minded, coonin, sell-out punk ass

Oh, I need to see that happen. I would make a GIF out of it, it’d be delicious.

I get some much more work done each day by not wasting my time getting into other people’s business.

I’m not the only one getting serious deja vu? Okay then.

What has she gotten by standing up to Pelosi. Pelosi wins every time.

Which is why she didn’t just endorse Sanders—she endorsed the movement that has to build beyond the presidency and outlast him.

This is what it means to build a movement: Not only rejecting the don’t go too far, don’t go too fast politics that have dominated Democratic thinking for decades, but also refusing to be so committed to past reforms to the point of inaction.

The endorsement makes sense for her and Bernie, now I’m just looking forward to her working hard for the eventual nominee, ‘cause it isn’t going to be Bernie.

If we are going to demand Elizabeth Warren address problematic surrogates then we sure as hell better deman Bernie address his own problematic history when it comes to race.

I think you’re being kinda unkind to Tanden. What she’s saying is that it’s weird for AOC to credit Bernie with CHIP - the program AOC says she specifically benefited from - when CHIP’s passage is really due to Hillary, who worked harder on defining both the actual radical content of the bill and on ensuring it had

We’re all pretty girls! I’m glad to vote for Sanders if he’s the nominee - and god knows we’ve needed a voice like AOC’s for a long, long time. I also respect the hard work that HRC has done during the course of her lifetime. There’s so much to like about so many of the women in the Democratic Party.

I know this is breaking news to TheSlot commenters like yourself: Hillary Rodham Clinton may know more about politics than you do.

Hmm... whom do I believe; the woman who thinks Bashar al-Assad is doing a great job, or the women who was correct in many predictions, including the one about Trump becoming Putin’s puppet?

Like you, I suspect their endorsements won’t do much to sway the folks who like “the squad” but don’t like Bernie. (Full disclosure: in general I think endorsements are overrated in terms of importance and influence. Unless that person is a true kingmaker, someone’s endorsement moves the needle very little.) I read

Anyone that won’t vote for Warren over her native American issues is a god damn idiot. Just a complete fucking idiot. As if this one single issue is somehow more important than our democracy failing, our infrastructure failing, our regulations on environment failing, low wages...literally a hundred issues that are a
