2 years ago a lot of those houses were in the low to mid 200s.  the pandemic real estate idiocy boom has really distorted the market.

bodywork, lights etc are basically irreplaceable on these cars.  you think it is silly when some classic car restorer wants $5k for a rear window for a first gen barracuda, wait until you try to replace the tail lights on this thing.
