I can see the point for feature/dumb phones where someone might want the cheapest possible thing off contract, but for smartphones, just about every new cheap one I've seen is similar or worse off than the older high end, and cost the same. Take Sprint for example, the Nexus 4g, free on contract, I would take that

Hello sir, I'll take one of these ipads.

I really never understood why manufacturers make cheap smart phones that are worse off than the previous generation. Seems like they are just better off continuing production of the previous ones, after a year or so you'd think they'd have evolved the process enough to make more money off of it.

I tried it on my netbook, all the metro apps won't run on a low res screen so it got uninstalled pretty quick. Also put it on my tm2 convertible laptop, its ok there because of the touchscreen but very annoying when I go to use the trackpad/keyboard, it might stay on there assuming I can figure out how to get my

My favorite is the rare occasion when the Amazon site so proudly declares, "You save: $-0.01"

As someone who constantly updates their graphics drivers/plays with settings, I wholly endorse Fences. You can even arrange by penis if you want to. :P

I noticed a fundamental flaw with the button presser machine, its only smashing one button at a time. That thing needs to be hitting at least 5 or 6 at once, whilst smashing the controller on a hard corner to get a good representation going.

Don't buy your phone based on what it "might" get updated to. Looking at it that way, I think its great that this many Motorola phones are going to get a significant update like this. There's no way I'll be getting it officially on my Galaxy S, Samsung is too busy selling the newest model to put out decent updates.

A year or two ago and I would have been more interested, but as it is, there should be some pretty impressive x86 chips out by the end of this year or next. Full backwards compatibility on a battery friendly Win8 tablet, yes please.

Yeah, your and my "pants-only" drinking policies are wayyy different :P

If you're spending more than $0.50 on each Keurig cup you're doing it wrong...

When I picked up my 6950 I also grabbed 3 - 21.5" screens. Eyefinity has its quirks but man, I can't go back. Games that actually can use the space are amazing and for the rest of the time I can have whatever I'm typing in, references, email, etc all open.

Did you know that YellowPages has a website, I would actually say its more useless than the books because you can't tear it in half for a bet with your friends.

I saw this in an episode of NCIS, don't worry, with 10 minutes left they'll find an overcomplicated way to stop them.

Costco for Tully's K-cups, about $0.40 each, or if you don't mind the various flavors, check stores for clearance holiday k-cups. But the point is the 10 seconds it takes to put it in and press a button and it is done before I even get my shoes on and let the dog outside. I'd never give mine up.

Ok, figured I'd throw in my 2 cents and see where it goes. Drones are designed with loss of communication in mind. When it happens they are supposed to stabilize and wait for reconnection. If you don't reconnect, guess what, it's going to fly till it runs out of fuel and then glide in for a landing, it still is trying

I hope I'm not the only one, but I want this support (non-ARM chips of course). I hate paying for programs twice, I want to be able to install what I already have on my desktop on my tablet, have the same file formats, etc. and be able to fluidly switch between devices. That is where I feel current tablets are

I would like to see WinMo with HTC's touchflo evolution. The HD2 was an excellent phone, too bad it was the end of the line and had little app support.

5 years ago, I might have not argued with you. Today, Sprint has been nothing but stellar, any time I've had to call up their customer service (which is rare). To each his own, but I'll be sticking with the service that doesn't cap my data.

Ha, interesting to hear I wasn't the only one having problems with VirtualBox. I gave up on it and just installed over my recovery partition, not like I need that thing anyway :P Btw, Win8 is just awesome on my touchscreen tm2t, can't wait for actual release.
