But they haven’t closed the gap - I cross shopped all RWD cars under $50k MSRP. I buy BMWs for their tunability and aftermarket support for DIYs. The closest was a pony car but Mustang interiors aren’t in the same class, Camaros you can’t see out of. The C class has numb steering and less tunability/DIYs. Stinger has

Never played out.

A Ferrari-engined Italian car that gets passed back and forth between car reviewers has had some trouble?

It’s all subjective. I have owned a Q60 and an F30 and I think the interior design and execution on the BMW is better in every way. The nav screen really stopped looking like it was ‘tacked on’ once I started driving the car.

Yup, pretty much. It’s 440i xDrive Gran Coupe/S5 Sportback > Stinger Gt2 AWD > Q50Red Sport/TLX A-Spec SH-AWD/new Regal GS/Any Charger up to 5.7 Hemi for me.

Why do so many manufacturers do that center console with two screens and the giant cluster of buttons around everything.... Am I the only one that thinks even with the “glued on tablet” at the top of the German cars, the interior still looks way better???

My favorite “toy” car is a Chaparral 2F in 1:18 scale by Exoto,or the Tyrrell P34 from Exoto, also in 1:18.

My son got one of these as a gift a few years ago (707 Speedy Le Mans in Metallic Orange):

somewhat of a feature?

I don’t see it so much as “obsession” as a recognition of basic mathematics.

Barrett-Jackson Syndrome, the shit is hilarious. I’ve got a 1969 Nova, it’s not a rare car, it’s not an SS or anything, just something to have fun with. Even buying parts for this thing has become a chore thanks to people who think things are worth far more than they actually are.

No, but it has incredibly better build quality and craftsmanship.

Let me preview the review for you.

So we get to buy low mileage used cars with a warranty.

Whoa, hold up, is this one of those Real People ads?

I had a similar experience in Red Dead Redemption one time. Just moseying through the desert, doing cowboy stuff, when I heard the rattling sound. I moseyed a bit more, and the sound got louder. “That’s a cool sound effect,” I thought to myself. Then it got me. Turns out you can get bitten by rattlesnakes in that

But the Abarth is so much more desirable. It has lineage,  oozes character and sounds amazing. Also, with under $2k of mods you can have 225hp out of one.

I dunno, the article used the term lumbering and said that they had a T6 and it does 0-60 in 5.8, but doesn’t feel fast. We recently sold our F31 328ix and it did 0-60 in around the same time, but felt peppy. Sometimes the “sport” programming of the throttle and trans really make the car wake up. We considered the a4

It’s passive-aggressive driving (note that second word there) . Driving smugly in the left lane because you feel you are within the law and nobody else matters causes everyone behind you to get angry and make unwise decisions. You are absolutely the cause, don’t try to pass the blame. Plus, it’s illegal in most

the hazard is caused by driving in a lane meant for passing.
