Predator 2 was fantastic. I can’t help but feel that people are just kinda being parrots when it comes to the “Predator 1 was so great, Predator 2 was average” thing; like, they say it just because that’s what everyone has always said.

I agree. Honestly aside from the Alien VS Pred films all of the Predator films have been enjoyable action films. But the first is just to strong of a classic. Hopefully this one will follow suit.
