Had a 2008 Chevrolet Kalos (well, Daewoo actually) for 1 1/2 years and I'm proud to survive it.
That is kind of my issue with the Fit and Euro Civic. Torsion beam rear suspensions suck. That is why I would be more likely to drive a Mini Cooper over a Fit. Atleast BMW does not try to cost cut they way Honda has in the last 15 years.
There's a pizza delivery driver in my town with a pimped out Chevy Aveo. The Kalos was designed at a time when KIA/Hyundai were just getting their crap together and Daewoo was falling behind because GM couldn't bother.
