This post (and comment) was almost 18 months ago. I got some gift card swag for Saturnalia and went to get some AirPods Pro just before the world shut down. I should have done it earlier. The regular AirPods do not work for me. The Pros fit great. Latency with AptX is gone. Imperceptible.

There’s a reason for 70-200mm f/2.8 lenses being the default basic portrait lens for professionals...

Where are we at on latency with true wireless? Personally, I wouldn’t mind dropping more gold pressed latinum to find a set with very little audio lag. I have been told the AirPods have an almost imperceptible lag, but their fitment in my ears is so bad they hurt me. Anybody have any hot takes?
