Interesting.....but 14 miles of electric range isn’t going to cut it for most PHEV shoppers.

Honda VFR 800

VFR - visit friends/relatives. The airlines are already changing routes to concentrate on vacation and family travel until business travel recovers.

No, CoronaVirus is doing that.

That’s an ‘8' ????

Lot’s of DLC options to follow.

ND height

I can’t seem to add the pics, but the ND hoops are too low and don’t have any front-rear support.

Porsche discontinued her contract when she was suspended, then re-hired her after it was over.

I’m surprised that many current convertibles still don’t have factory options for rollover protection (i.e. structural roll bars or struts that deploy in an accident). The Miata/Mustang/Camaro are all big sellers, but to your point I guess there’s not big demand for them.

Maria Sharapova has been a brand ambassador (along w/Mark Webber) for a lot of the releases, including the Targa re-launch in 2015, so it’s not uncommon to see her at a Porsche event. Or in this case, winning a Porsche at a Porsche-sponsored tennis event.

I’d agree, but you leave a gap when you do that, and invariably some a-hole takes up that gap, and then you have to hit the clutch and the brake.

It’s LA.  Which car doesn’t make you one?

No roadster?

And therein lies the difference....

At 192k miles, the IMS isn’t really the main issue. It would have blown three times over by now. Or, it could have been replaced. Twice.

I think it’s right on the edge, but the high mileage bleeds over into CP.

Montreal followed by Watkins Glen would have been a nice 10 day trip. Upstate NY is the safest part of the country with a track, a six hour drive between the two. Rochester airport is about 90 minutes from the Glen.

You can put a 3.4 in the earlier 2.5L models, but there’s a good deal of work involved. If you have a 03-04 986.2, the 996 engine swaps are pretty straightforward and you don’t even need to remap the DME.

2.5L (pre 2000) had double row IMS, and failures are very uncommon. Like any car, still smart to have a PPI and check the oil.
