F1 stewards have access to all video feeds, as well as real-time telemetry from the cars.  The data will pretty much tell you what the car was doing.

Clothes were found 50 ft from the bike, down by the water (per CBS News).

Based on reports, this is where the bike and his stuff was found.

It’s also streaming on ESPN3.

Pushing the goalie into the net used to be legal in the Patrick Division.  Lots of things used to be legal back then.

My old school offers a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science. For that reason I’m OK with it, too.

Herb has left the building.

1st Gear: Huh, all of these carbon-offsets and fuel economy requirements haven’t already been rolled back?  Who knew???

You certainly can make it better, but there is no point for the reasons I listed. That is why no one* is developing EV batteries that can be swapped. And the only comparable item of the size and weight of a battery would be an entire engine. Swapping a 1000 lb battery is not like changing a tire/caliper/etc.

I don’t think you’ll ever see that. Having all the batteries in one contiguous piece, and all that weight in one location, would not make for a good race car (or any car). Not to mention the cooling system that would have to be integrated into such a dense battery, making it larger and heavier.

Ignore that video.  Your old cars are ‘built like tanks’.

I wasn’t thinking that was actually pit wall, but the VIP seats overhanging it.

If you need a window for clear view of the asphalt, you’re doing it wrong.

For a quick second, I saw the side intake in that first FXX image and thought it was the Senna.

Take that number, then add one year until someone creates a defeat device that lets you park next to a fire hydrant without your car giving you all kinds of warnings.

Not a big fan of the Doors, but this song is easily one of my top 10 favorite rock songs.

In the late 80's I saw at least two every weekend.

First Gen ‘Rocco.  Nice.

If it doesn’t depreciate by 40% in the first three years, and replacement parts don’t cost three times the price of normal parts, then it’s not a luxury car.
