Based on the map above, there were about a 5 mile walk back to the LEM at the furthest point on EVA2. That’s quite a few hops.

I was at the SVRA races at Watkins Glen this fall....being able to walk around the garage area and meet some of the people (and their cars) was one of the highlights.

I’m busy looking at Google maps to see how many billions (trillions?) of dollars it would take to expand the track. It still amazes me that they bring much of the city to a standstill every year to prep for the race. I’d like to see a documentary on that.

The racing at Monaco might not be great, but everything else about it is. The city, the history, the popularity. That race is never going away (and I don’t think they have more than twelve square-feet to redesign the track so that likely won’t change either).

A base Model S in ludicrous mode will eat it for lunch on a dragstrip. Otherwise, both do 0-60 in ~4.2 seconds. Which is very fast 99.935% of the time.

I think they should roll it out as a different model, i.e. the Cadillac Stingray or the RT-S if they want to stick with the existing naming conventions.

Are all of these pictures are at f/1.8 ? It’s ok to go to 2.8 or higher once in a while for a larger depth of field. Good pics, but after looking at so many my eyes are blurry.
