Ironically, the only reason I recognize that name is because of Archie Meets Glee.

I'm sure you don't care about this a year later, but just for the record, The "My Boyfriend's Back" cover is probably the one by the "Bee Jays" that came out in 1980.
I can see why someone would prefer negotiating over going in there and breaking arms. It's possible that someone will start shooting hostages before you get to them.
Not all of his tasks. There's also the occasional Oreo run.
His fire weakness is like Mon-El's lead weakness. It's a nod to their history, but on Supergirl, it means J'onn would die if you set him on fire and Mon-El would die if you shot him.
After the bit about Pete, I suspect Capaldi can do decent job of it.
I thought of Mummy on the Orient Express. Same point in all three. He can worry about the people he can't save and mourn them, or he can move on and help the people he can save. Between that and his asking Bill what to do, it seemed like this episode was about him showing Bill how to be his companion.
He's Neil Gaiman. They weren't afraid that he'd kill himself. They were afraid of what he'd come back as, looking for revenge.
She is charming, though. And by "charming," Abe meant hot.
The bad guy in The Three Doctors is named Om-Uh-Guh. It wasn't until decades and several viewings later that I found out his name was spelled Omega.
42K a year would be around 30K after taxes. 2500k a month comes out to 30k. Doesn't leave much money for potstickers and ice cream.
Have we ever seen her have a sense of humor? Or James have one, for that matter?
It was something out of Buffy. Remember the vampire poker game?
"t's moments like that when I'm glad they didn't make him an irritating late-teen/early-20s guy who snaps his fingers incessantly to the point where even Superman would think about relaxing the no-kill policy"
Depends. As many as they can write good stories about. KK as Ms. Marvel has been fantastic, Jane Foster as Thor is the only time I ever had much interest in the character and both Spider-Gwen and Miles Morales were pretty popular. Sam's pretty much the logical choice to be Captain America when Steve isn't, too.
Lifelong fans should be able to deal with versions of their favorite characters that they don't like by now. When we're talking about characters who've been around for decades, they've inevitably been all over the map in terms of how they're portrayed, and for every incarnation, there'll be someone who hates it and…
Previous comment deleted because once you decided to make this about me, a complete stranger, I saw no point in continuing this.
You have a right to think the complaints are valid. I have a right to think that they aren't. Who are you to tell me what I'm allowed to think about a work of fiction?
You can complain about whatever you like. That doesn't make all complaints equally valid. Archie and Valerie were together for what, two miniseries for a total of seven issues? That doesn't make it a romance with equal standing to Archie and Betty or Veronica. It's like talking about Superman and expecting him to be…
You can't erase someone who's never been there. Archie with either Betty or Veronica is iconic, so it's almost inevitable he'd end up with one of them.
