Don't you mean "comrade?"
Don't you mean "comrade?"
Yes, you are. I'm the one laughing at you and you're the one in hysterics because someone dared criticize your precious god.
I'll tell you that you're a whiny, unamerican snowflake. Is that enough?
Tell me, how much does a Russian troll get paid?
Now, THAT is Silver Age.
Anonymous sources and no sources are not the same thing. Having no sources is bad. Having anonymous sources is something journalism is based upon. Journalist have gone to jail to avoid revealing sources. It's only in the world of Republican talking points that having anonymous sources is a bad thing.
Unless it's She-Hulk, I'd rather not see anything with his name on it.
I noticed that, though I don't think Supergirl is their sole source of income, but they're professionals, so if they're hired to do a job, they do it, whether or not they agree with the politics of their boss.
There's an interesting thought process: "Why does Supergirl spend so much time with Kara? They must be lovers. That's kind of creepy, since they look so much alike… Hey, wait a minute."
During the last scene, I wondered how Kara was going to pay the rent for her apartment now. Then I noticed how large it is and wondered how she paid the rent before.
Her heat vision must not have been working that day. Otherwise, why would she try to stop the ship by pushing it backwards instead of just looking at the engines until they burn out?
Lena does. Maggie was better this week because she actually did something more than just be Alex's girlfriend. If the amount of screen time they each got were reversed, I wouldn't mind, even though it wouldn't make much sense.
"This show, which has randomly applied names like Vartox and Jemm and Starhaven to people and places that have nothing to do with their comics counterparts" Also, Snapper Carr. Guardian is pretty close. Come to think of it, so is James Olsen.
Why not both? Real motivations are usually more complex than just one pure thing.
They literally say that at one point on Angel:
So, they have freedom of speech, but the people criticizing what they say have to shut up and take it?
Why would you think that? Because I can name two jazz musicians? Are you Archie?
Neither Josephine Baker nor Chet Baker are jazz greats. Josephine Baker was a celebrity known as much as an actress or dancer as a singer and Chet Baker was pretty much a footnote (Had some promise in the beginning of his career and made some respectable records with Gerry Mulligan before becoming a pretty boy…
I could be wrong about the timeline, but I thought it was that they rehearsed together, Val told Archie they couldn't perform in public together, Archie agrees to sing with Veronica, Val quits the pussycats, Archie practices with Val again without telling Veronica that she's out.
Would Archie have necessarily known that she changed her mind? Cluelessness has been a defining trait of his for 75 years.
