Your story about the boys accidentally touching something pink raised my blood pressure a bit.

That’s good to hear because I precisely stopped watching the season following that episode.

Your comment reminds me of an article that once floated across my Facebook feed. (Found it!) The article ranked and listed all the suburban towns around Detroit, along with “stereotypical” comments about the town.

I can’t agree with you more.

As someone who works with a different company that had one of these social integrations in iOS Settings, this was the worst feature. It was poorly implemented and maintained by Apple and caused a lot of user frustration. Good riddance!

“Equifax has the technical chops to pull this off and do it in a secure way.”

Ugh I wish all internet commenters were as nice as you.

Comments like “when you have a boyfriend” and “when you have a girlfriend” send a clear message to kids, and that message is that you don’t accept queer people as much as you say you do.

In that moment, James’ son looked at him in the eye, smiled, and ran off. “I had understood what he wanted,” James says. “For the first time ever. He was nearly 4 at the time. I couldn’t stop the tears.”

This feature is cool, but I have never heard of Google Map’s Lite mode before... gonna keep that link handy from now on!

Yeah, but it’s a fun Mercedes.

I tried to find “Camry dent with wing” but couldn’t find an example.

This is stupid. I love it.

FYI that fan is showing up now as an add-on item and not a “standard” item.

Right? This is just top-of-my-head, armchair economics here, but don’t movie theaters make the majority of their profits on concession sales?

Detroit Lions fan here. Do I need to say more?

Before we had a kid, my wife and I would judge hard the parents who had their child on a leash.

I moved from NYC a couple of years ago and miss it dearly, however the Brooklyn Trader Joe’s is not one of those things.

Comfy *and* clean. Lots of people seem to only pick one of those, and they seem to opt for “comfy” over “clean”. Yuck.

Just a heads up that an Apple announcement is likely sometime in September, so today may not be the best time to pick up last year’s iPhone.
