We have had 4 of them. SO PRACTICAL. Good ride, good mileage, hauls as much or more than a pickup with a topper. If you live in the city/burbs and don’t need to tow anything, you should have a Sienna instead of some bloated SUV that hauls less and gets much worse mileage.

Then that’s a nice perk for everyone in central PA. I wish my local chain had them.

Wilbur is missing the boat not putting those buds in stores. Their dark chocolate is to die for.

Can’t agree at all with the Encore. Maybe the GX trim is a little over priced, but it’s no different than any other small SUV out there. I have one - it’s a GREAT grocery getter. It’s peppy enough and fits 4 adults just fine for a short drive.

Nice laughable imaginary scenario you dreamt up there. Please save us from all the ejected bodys flying around everywhere.

Every conservative I know has gotten the vaccine. Vast majority understand the vaccine greatly lessens the virus’ effect, but provides no 100% guarantee - REGARDLESS of what may or may not have been said about it before.

YES

I’ve wondered if those cars are a higher target for theft because one would know there’s a good chance of the keys being locked inside.

Every car should have a heads up display, or at least have it available in its top of the line trim. I’ve had one in two cars now and when I go back to a car that doesn’t have it I really miss it.

You are technically correct, the best kind of correct.

Unfortunately I had a Gran Prix with the predecessor to the 3800 - the 3.4L V6 that was wedged in at an angle, hard to work on, and cost an arm and a leg in labor anytime I had to get anything done. They had to remove the front axle just to replace my alternator.

No, it was dumb, and there’s been like a thousand videos and commentaries breaking down why. Nothing like stirring up this old shit to generate some commenting activity on this site like in years past.

So that looks to me like a lot of dudes that have to constantly buy tires. But yeah, seems like a lot of not very bright guys have a lot of money to spend on those cars.

I have to assume that was it - he took the key off the hook at the house he was robbing. Even if there’s a way to hot-wire a new BMW (which I doubt) it seems like it would be hard to do quickly during an escape.

Well, size and cost, considering the fact that you can get a battery pack with 2 or 3x the charging that’s the same size or smaller but you need a cable. So as usual for apple, you pay 3x the price for something sleeker and less functional.

That’s the problem. Either scenario is possible. Anyone that’s ever seen an episode of Cops knows that the cops constantly deal with the bottom rung of the social ladder, and of course there’s countless examples of psychotic cops doing this kind of bullshit. We’re to the point now that there needs to be video evidence

Spend millions to prevent a few morons per year from wrecking their trucks? You must work for the gov’t.

Having Kermit the Frog narrate the translation is distracting.

Well, she was home and safe for the moment, but I think the point is that if the cops had never been called and the teen had a gun, then him harming her would still be possible eventually.

Agree, and it’s been said often when Christensen comes up - that mess was at least 90% on the direction. I don’t think he’s an oscar worthy actor, but he could have been far better than the cringeworthy stuff we got. I mean, how was having Amidala speak like an android when she was being queen-like anything other than
