Well, as someone that leaves their computer on all the time, and got 9 years out of my last one before I needed to upgrade, I would agree. I think it is better for them to be on all the time, rather than start/stop/start/stop.

I have Plex running on mine as well. Never reboot it until it starts behaving weird - which happens probably every couple months - or when it spontaneously reboots, which happens every once in a great while usually during a blu-ray rip or while handbrake is running. Strangely enough I’ve never actually seen it happen…
Lol - so true. Unix never needs to be rebooted. In windows it’s all these damned shared dlls and services that have had to be backwards compatible for decades. If you have something misbehaving in Unix you kill the process and move on. I think we probably went years between reboots at times as well, esp. when HP…
If this was actually a thing, nearly everyone in ND/MN/WI/MI etc. would need new windshields every spring. Therefore, no, not a thing.
Yeah, it’s so full it’s also chock full.
Sorry but no. Especially If you are expecting freezing rain/sleet you put those bad boys up or else they become completely frozen to the windshield and you risk damage trying to chip them free. If it is already below freezing and you’re expecting a blizzard? Then maybe no need to put them up.
400gb for $45 and Apples wants $100 for the 128 upgrade.

Yeah, because naming it a Mustang was stupid. It’s not a Mustang, it’s this Mach-E thing. Maybe just put some batteries in an actual Mustang body and tune the car for an electric drive train.
Now THAT’s a zero. Giving that Ford a zero leaves no room for worse.
This exactly. I was expecting it to be so bad that the crash test dummies started bleeding, and it didn’t look that bad at all. I guess I would need some results from other sub-compact cars to directly compare to see why that was so bad.
This. I tried putting in nonsense answers for those questions on a couple sites, but then REMEMBERING those nonsense answers, and which site you used them on is hopeless. I’ve tried putting them in the notes in my lastpass entries too but by the time I even remember to look there I’ve already tried to answer the…
Testing, that right there is the problem and solution. Most drivers really don’t know how to drive. ONE test behind the wheel when you’re about 16. That’s it.
For most people, yes, but overall, no, because there’s simply too many people now. There’s always been a small percentage of idiots. There’s so many people now that even that small percentage comes out to a large enough number of people to fuck it up for everyone else. So now we are stuck in a world that is forced to…
I’ll never buy a car w/ a DCT. Surprised they even tout that like its some sort of desirable feature.
I’d say it’s a tie.
I liked it more than I expected. I think it was on par if not better than the last couple F&F’s.
These tests are such bullshit. If I am driving and in a situation where I have to focus on driving, then I’m not messing with my radio/dash/phone whatever. You operate your dash when you are at a light or on a clear stretch of road.
Zune Forever.
Ha, that looks like a bizarro El-Camino.
That’s my fear. I would really like one of these, but I think it’s going to feel overpriced and there’s no telling how they will hold their value.
