I see a lot of comments here and elsewhere, talking about the cops use of force was excessive. He should have let her off with a warning of the light and was being a dick. Some people are almost framing this as proof that LE are just dicks to everyone and black people are acting like martys. This shit infuriates me.

At this point I think its obvious that the pros of marijuana legalization far outweigh the cons. Its medicinal value needs to be studied more and better defined, and the negative effects for even heavy users (aside from creating some burnouts) seem to be minimal.
