I mean we only hear about the tech they want us to hear about

Alternate Headline: “This Is Not The Droid China Was Hoping For”

I actually applaud it. I fly either with a small pack that will fit under the seat or I will check a bag. I absolutely cannot stand dragging a carry-on through the airports, and worse, finding out all the overheads are full anyway and it gets gate-checked. I know I’m a minority but I would love if all checked bags

I think you missed the point of this...this is a ticket option that will be priced lower. I think it would be great for college kids or light packers to now have a cheaper option. Nice click-bait headline though!

I know it’s complicated. But it seems to me these decisions get made because the bean counters aren’t taking all the variables into account.

The reality is, you can have a Bolt and a deposit on a Model 3 also. By the time you take possession of the Bolt, reach the end of a 2 or 3-year lease on it, your Model 3 may be just about ready to deliver.

The Spider, by comparison, feels much softer and much less direct.

They both look like they would exhaust a constant stream of Axe body spray.

Failing to periodically place hands on the steering wheel violates terms drivers agree to when enabling the feature, the Tesla spokeswoman said.

1st gear... i think part of the problem is calling it autopilot..

That’s an oft-quoted, rarely cited fact. CNN did some research a few years ago and found that regardless of gas prices, margins were about $0.23 per gallon. At today’s prices that works out to about 10%, but of course if that were to stay the same and gas prices were to go up to historic levels, the margin would

All joking aside, the lip/ wing on the existing ones don’t give any down force but reduce drag by a bit. +Fuel economy.

I guess you could say they are not “friends” amirite

2nd Gear - You had to be living in a fallout shelter to not know about the airbag recall. It has been all over the news for I don’t know how long. The parents saying they had no idea doesn’t wash with me. Blaming this incident on Honda is a non starter for me. Sorry.

Many journalists are far from pros when it comes to driving. A lot of them have little to no track/racing experience (what I would consider necessary to be a “pro” in terms of things related to performance cars), and are generally just enthusiasts like you and me who have found an awesome way to make a living.

My guess

I find that to be the case with most people who say the car needs a turbo. Not trying to bash you, just making a point. Patrick wrote an article on Jalopnik about how everyone who is clamoring for a turbo on the BRZ/FR-S either hasn’t driven one or simply doesn’t understand what the car is about, and it was spot on.

They probably weren’t after peak power. Those changes sound like they were after a significantly more responsive engine. It would also probably be interesting to look at the power/rpm graph, because there’s a good chance that that power is coming much earlier.

And complaint it costs upwards of $30k? :-).

Have you driven one?
