Me three!
Me three!
I so, so don’t “get” Billie Eilish. The emo/goth/bratty teenager from an 80's movie vibe just sails completely past me. Even in writing - “dropping her jaw in exaggerated horror, chewing gum rolling past her tongue” - she sounds like a caricature of a poorly-written character. I do not see why that’s the way she wants…
For real. The last couple times I’ve gotten a new car, I haven’t even considered the Civic for its styling...it’s just too high-school-extreme for someone like me in their 30s to drive, even if on paper the car is perfect for my needs. With this redesign, it’s waaaaay more palatable.
WTF are you talking about with the 100k anticipated lifespan and 30k service interval? Is that coming directly out of your ass?
I think we can use the Bullitt Mustang as a good guide, since Jalopnik has about as many readers as people who saw Bullitt in the theater, so this “Santa Fe” should be worth $3.4m in 52 years.
I think it’s more likely a port or dealer fix where there wouldn’t be as much automation, QC, application jigs, etc.
I can’t deny that Acura’s old dual-screen setup looked dated and cluttered, but holy cow was it nice to have a full screen dedicated to Android Auto/navigation, with a separate one to do the other screen-y things on.
Looking at the current Ioniq line, you can save 53 lbs carrying 30 miles of electric plus 600 miles of ICE and gasoline vs 170 miles of battery alone.
That was my first thought too...a windshield suddenly going opaque with an un-cancellable timer isn’t really applicable at all. No one is surprising themselves by checking their phone, and they can always look up.
Wait why does it matter? I for one have never had to describe the shape of the back and the operation of the cargo door of a Defender in one word. No single word will ever be sufficient, and that’s okay.
I did check SAG and she is listed as “Thandie” on their site, so I assume that’s the name she registered with them. I have no idea what the registration process is/was though, so I wonder if it was like a typo in her first role, then she begrudgingly rolled with it “officially” with SAG?
I don’t like hitching our wagon to what is likely to be a dead end with lithium batteries.
So just to make sure I am understanding, Newton really had been using “Thandie” as her stage name up until recently, right? Or has she been signing contracts “Thandiwe” this whole time and literally everyone has been getting it wrong?
In my area, people don’t seem to be buying many hotcakes at all.
I’m all about that “half-six” grip...two fingers at the very bottom of the wheel.
Does he still prefer to be called “Prince Harry”? I haven’t be super closely following his story, but I think if I were him, I’d want to drop the Prince and Duke titles and just have a normal name like everyone else.
Why let the engine run at all without that code?
The hitler moustache on the front might draw a certain crowd, but I am not sure the venn diagram overlaps much with people looking to buy an EV...
Is it just me, or does 355 HP not sound like all that much power for 2021?
I think there was a typo...this looks like the Toyota Aggro.
