Especially given that the tab name is “Here Are The Answers...” it feels like something legitimately got lost. Or, they gave up halfway through trying to answer.

Yes of course, which is why I doing my part by contributing to the complaining.

Yeah, I am with you...complaints about distraction are totally overblown.

I don’t know what all the hate is about; I like it.

If you don’t like it, don’t buy it. Simple as that. Things that aren’t perfectly tailored to your specific tastes should still be allowed to exist in the world.

Uh, that list seems like something all dealers should be doing anyway.

I currently have a 2020 Ioniq with a similar setup with capacitive buttons.

To me, I don’t think the person even qualifies to be described as a “tool”. They’re totally fine, nothing particularly wrong or inappropriate in what they say; I just don’t need(want) to read what they have to say so often.

For real? To be clear, I don’t think they’re posting inappropriate comments or anything - it’s all relevant and nothing profane, I’ve just found myself profoundly and totally non-maliciously uninterested in what they have to say.

I think you might just not live in the right/wrong place then. Around here in New England, wiper-freezing conditions exist quite often. Snow falls on your car, then melts, pools on the blades, then freezes that night. It doesn’t always happen, but I’m not about to evaluate the forecast to determine whether the exact

Does kinja have any way to block users? There are some people who must live here who add their (sometimes inane) hot takes on every single article, and I’m just not really interested in seeing them anymore.

How exactly does spinning off a sub-brand benefit a carmaker? Would you pay more for a “Wilderness Forester” than you would for an identical “Subaru Forester Wilderness”?

Wow yeah that does sound like a good solution. Does the Trade Commission have the kind of power or are their hands kinda tied and they can only choose whether to allow or ban imports?

I have only test-driven (never owned) a touch padded vehicle. I didn’t prefer it.

No Full Self-Driving, obviously, that will be an extra $10,000. Probably some other software disabled until you pay up. And the range might be ass, so much so that the $25,000 Tesla becomes, like the $35,000 Model 3 before it, a bit of a joke.

The movie came out in 1990. Prime age for it making an impression on you is what, 12-16 years old? Those 12-16 year olds are now 43-47 years old, which seems like the exact age of person who would be in the market for a $60,000 crossover.

I am hung up on the very last line in the commercial:

Being on the highway and realizing “I’m too drunk to be driving”

Except that literally every other job I can think of where people are hauling around truckloads of “expensive shit” are not monitored by internal cameras.
