This happens as a result of punctures, road hazards, or improperly inflated tires causing tires to wear unevenly.

What do you want instead, a car that will break the rules of the road the way you would?

Yes you can, that’s what having a number next to a parenthetical means...multiply the first by the solution to the parentheses. 6/2(a) is the same as 6/2*a. You removing the parentheses is what changes the answer.

Yeah that's what I'm wondering too

If the new one manages to avoid the crossover look that I currently don’t care for and comes in a plug in hybrid trim with like 40 miles EV range, that could be a strong contender for my next car.

99% Invisible also crashes the stereo in my 2018 TLX when it’s played through (wired) Android Auto. It works fine over bluetooth.

Being closed on Sundays doesn’t mean that every employee is required to work all day on every other day of the week. If you need time off for your non-Sunday religious service, I am sure you can take it off.

I had just assumed you were a hasidic jew who grew his sideburns too high, and I wasn’t about to encroach on your religious freedom.

Agreed. I would never buy either of them, but given the choice I’d rather see more of these than the other.

Why don’t you just set up a sprinkler on your driveway and slowly drive back and forth over it? Then you can stay nice and dry in your car instead of crawling around on the wet ground like some kind of swamp creature.

Then don't buy their stock, problem solved.

That seems misleading, doesn’t it? Should I get paid 100x because my computer can calculate my trial balances 100x faster than I could by hand in 1943? Comparing productivity without taking into technology seems deliberately misleading.

I have had a rental Crosstrek for a week now. My wife and I had liked it enough to put on our “consider next time we buy a car” list, but now...I don’t think so. Some of my complaints can be attributed to the rental spec (bad seats), some might be solved with a higher trim (bad infotainment and HVAC, lane assist

I think you're making fun of them, but I imagined them saying it and genuinely chuckled. I guess their style is hit or miss.

As for affordability: I clicked on this story, started on the page long enough to read the whole thing, scrolled through some comments, and now I'm leaving a comment. I have to imagine (hope) that some combination of those things will increase your writing earnings. That's about all I have to offer.

If this comments section needs one more person’s opinion, I think that convicting tweet says more about the reader than the practice of walking. If using your healthy, able body to move a little bit makes you unhappy, that’s on you. As for me, I’ll be walking and appreciating every moment of my health while I have it.

My buddy got an AWD A4 convertible in the fall and swears it will be the only model he’ll ever buy from now on. Convertible for the summer, AWD confidence in the winter.

Is there any good way to compare cars based on actual selling prices instead of MSRP? Like, if the average Miata is sold at $1k under MSRP and the average 124 is sold at $4k under MSRP, that could totally flip the value proposition.

Wait until they release the CT5-V. The Cadillac Cadillac Touring Five Five.
