You already grabbed the most logical choice, a 911SC or early Carrera, but for runner up I’d suggest a 1981 VW Westfalia, especially with this Boogie Woogie interior. And you’d still have the money in the bank to keep it on the road!

Most people have no idea about the Porsche model lineup, or what a Porsche is. :) All they know is that it looks like an amazing car and it must cost a lot. And for the driver it can make you look rich, but not old and rich like many of the sedans offered up here.

$9900 for a 17 year old Boxster, plus a hardtop. Very classy looking and most people with have no idea its cheap and old. Its got enough miles that the IMS problem should be no problem.
