I say balance your stack. Equal condiments and additions over and under the patty. Myself, I put lettuce and tomato on top, onions and peppers underneath. If you use a spread, apply half as much but to both sides.
I check email, I watch YouTube, I read sometimes, I surf the web. Sometimes I watch Netflix. Sometimes I Slingbox into my home TV, when I’m on vacation, or watch a game on the deck instead of in the den (again using Slingbox). Sometimes I pay bills, but that’s easier on a real computer because it autofills passwords…
