Pretty shocked to see the Polestar 2 and Tahoe on here.

Who doesn’t want to risk their lives to get to work all sweaty with helmet hair?

Killing off Hill like this sucked. We get a little bit of depth between her and Fury and then thppt she’s dead.

Losing Agent Hill this quickly didn’t quite feel earned to me. My primary issue with this story thus far is that Fury seemingly insistent on working this outside of either SABER or U.S. resources feels like a bit of Idiot Ball plotting. But we’ll see where this goes.

Human or AI, my problem is that it looks awful. It features all of the flaws people usually point to in algorithmic "art" on full display, dialed up to 11.

Are you saying that you can project an image from a “mirror” that sits behind the windshield that will be focused for someone that wears bifocals (poor distance and near focus)? I don’t think this would be possible without some fancy optical system and very precise eye/head tracking — not to mention something like a

This problem gets even worse if you wear glasses for near-distance stuff like reading. My driving glasses/shades have a fairly large middle-distance zone with more correction for computer work, driving and the like, and a relatively thin zone for distance vision. It’s hard to read the gauges properly without my

You must hate people with tinted windows lol.

When I’m in a traffic jam I try to look at the brake lights 2 cars ahead. Can’t do that if you can’t see through the car in front of you.

I hate camera rear view mirrors. Anyone who has actually used one will know what I’m talking about. SO, when you look into a normal rear view mirror your eyes barely have to change their focus to see in the mirror, its like a natural extension out the front window but behind you. Instead, with a screen, my eyes

The headline is wrong. The Earth has more than enough lithium. The real issue is “We know that we are not producing extracting as much as we need.”

17 claims?? At some point the insurance companies should have red flagged this person.

I’m guessing he meant 1975. But hey, Gawker hasn’t paid an actual editor since 1957, so maybe that’s why.

Now before everybody jumps on here and says he looks like what you’d expect a 4Chan tough guy to look like, hear me out...

He looks exactly like I would expect a 4Chant tough guy to look like.

More like, because the harassment comes from somebody who has no power over you, like a random viewer whom you can block, instead of your boss.

Coldest day I went to work last winter was -45C (-51 with windchill). I regularly drive at -40C. My Tundra parks outside with a block heater. Jump in, start truck, let it warm a little just to get the oil, power steering fluid and brake fluid warmed, unplug, and leave.

Uh, what? This smells like bullshit to me.

My Chevy Bolt uses about 29Kwh to drive 100 miles.
I pay .25 per Kw to charge at home. That’s $7.25 for 100 miles.

My gas car gets about 22 mpg combined, for 100 miles that’s 4.5 gallons @ $4/gal = $18 in regular gas for 100 miles.

Richard Hammond is no slouch, either. I love his “Engineering Connections” programs, for a start.

Just as long as we can still get some more “James May, Our Man In...” shows, I’ll be satisfied.

You’re never going to convince me that there’s a real person named “Lucius Laviscount.” That’s clearly a villain from a Gothic horror novel (“Lucius the Viscount”? really??).
