The one thing that turned me away from Transmission was the lack of a proxy setting for it. It was maybe a year ago when I was using Transmission - any chance they’ve updated it to include that?

Agreed - How do you apply custom icons to the taskbar?

This is amazing! I just got admitted to the Rachel Carson Trail Challenge, so this will be good to study parts of the trail that I won't be able to run.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth, or even solely through the nose, is also a good way to practice belly breathing. This is good for the long slow runs to help the body regulate and deepen your breathing, which SHOULD improve your performance (taken from Scott Jurek's book "Eat and Run").
I really like your phone holder! It always seems to get in the way too. How did you attach it?
Just asking to clarify - I'm guessing the top one is the fluorescent light spectrum while the bottom is natural light?
LH had a video recently of benefits of the polar plunge (or something like that). Led me to read a lot more on cold showers, and a fellow reader pointing out a subreddit r/coldshowers. Well, this has become my new resolution, and its going quite well.
A couple weeks ago, I found a terminal emulator for windows that seemed pretty lightweight and came stock with a few different packages (most notably SSH)... but I don't remember the name. It also looked pretty good, too.
They can look very similar, and the resolution on this one makes it hard to tell, but since Thorin says it is, I'd take his word for it.

I actually think with the Compass icons look a bit slicker and a bit more like the OSX icons. That's just my 2 cents though...
A few that I would be especially excited to see would be 4 and 6.
Additional post - how do you take a screenshot on Android KitKat? I searched the entire blogosphere (ok not the whole thing...) and even found an old LH article describing it, but it doesn't work with my non-rooted MotoX. Any other options out there?

An option for Android users that are a bit more adventurous is to get CyanogenMod for their phone. The CM team rolls out stable updates fairly regularly, and has buggy updates at least once a week.
Wow, I had never heard of robocopy before. Is it just a built-in copy utility? What kind of options/powers does it offer over say copy or some other tool? (I guess I can google it too, but thought I'd ask you first)
