Look at how long Chevy used the song Like a Rock. A song about a guy looking back at his youth 20 years prior and how strong he used to be.

And that's at sea level, this thing is in Colorado. Can you imagine trying to drive it at altitude?

If you didn’t stop in St. Regis for huckleberry milkshakes you missed out.

What’s worse is that if he had bothered to get collector plates for it the front plate wouldn’t be required.

I’ll see you at Cape Disappointment!

I believe in unions but to really work there has to be a balance between business and labor. If one gets too much power then ultimately both suffer.

Absolutely.

And yet MLB can’t manage to fire C.B. Bucknor, Joe West or Angel Hernandez whose awfulness can be demonstrated by the fact that I know their names.

Brosnan, meanwhile, is still impossibly handsome.

I thought of that but there are still electronics needed for the transmission and the ignition. Nothing overly complex, and it’s all readily available. At least it is now, I wonder when this build was done? Because if it was in the last 5 years or so, it’s really dumb.

That would have made a lot more sense, though there would have been at least some electronics involved. Maybe they were uncomfortable with that? Who knows why people do crazy stuff.

That’s just dumb. Everyone know the right way to do it is to put the Caddy 500 engine in to a Chevette with a front mid-engine configuration.

Because the Cadillac drivetrain was FWD so they could repurpose it for a rear engined application more easily. If they could get a cheap transaxle for an LS I assume they would have done it. I think it’s stupid since that engine is way too heavy, but there was at least a reason. Not a good one, but a reason.

I grew up 30 miles north, but that’s still Spokane County.

Different strokes, I guess.  I actually like it here.

If I knew you were spending the night here I would have dropped by with an air horn.

Yeah, but by the end of the movie he’s a little hard to look at.

Did you live through the first one? Because I don’t remember 350hp family haulers being available. I do remember 150hp V8 powered “performance” cars.

Arch Duke has the purity of essence that we all strive for.

Maybe, but Splinter would have to die. I’m approved on almost every site here, and was approved on Gawker [RIP], but Splinter keeps me in the grays therefore it has to die. I HAVE SPOKEN.
