And your argument is "I'm sure anybody bought an iPad is a fanboy".

I did not talk about market cap, I talked about actual money Apple is doing right now. I talked about market cap in my last comment just because is an actual data you can compare to. But I could have said "Apple is one of the company with more cash in banks right now", it was the same for me, I really don't care much

I did not buy an iPad so I don't see the point in explaining why you should buy one. Maybe you should talk with someone who actually bought it.

Actually, nowadays only Nintendo still sells their devices as pure "videogames"...

Actually, in Kotaku article's data, Nintendo market cap is from US stocks exchange: like Sony, they are listed in US and Japan stock exchance as well.

Thanks, I'll play it soon then!

And your argument is..? Apple became one of the greatest company of the world in market cap, surpassing Microsoft, just because people buying their products are fanboys.

With the difference Apple is getting at least 300$ on every device sold.

You should be crazy if you think every iPad purchaser is an Apple fanboy. It's a matter of numbers, like I said. A lot of iPad customers maybe don't know that there are people on forums online calling them "fanboys". Maybe they don't know this specific "fanboy" word, as well.

Sure, just, Google has to divide the money it gets in the portable market with a lot of other companies.

Uhm, maybe I didn't get it, but we're talking about money... actual money Apple is doing right now. I wasn't talking about statistics.

Google provides OS to Android phones, but hardware is actually provided by 28329 other companies...

I'm probably getting Chrono Trigger for DS. Played a lot of classics JRPG but never CT.

3DS and Vita will have hard times. iPhones and iPods are crunching their market, so yes, Apple is actually a gaming (hardware) company. Among a lot of other things.

I'm sad to annouce to you that 90% of the Apple's market revenue is NOT made by their "cult following of hipsters".

After some googling, no, it's not just the videogame division of Sony: the article is talking about stock market, and Sony is on the stock exchange in its wholeness of course, not just game division. From Forbes.com the whole Sony worths about 26 billion $, so datas are correct and I confim my last comment :)

The funny thing is, the rating system of the game at the end of that famous match gave Daigo just a "B"...

It's incredible Nintendo has almost the same bar as Sony, since Nintendo actually is a 100% videogame company, Sony produces lots of things in addition to games (especially movies)...

And by the way, Sony and Microsoft big titles are only from second/third parties. They don't produce great "quality titles" internally. (Ex: Uncharted/Naughty Dog Halo/Bungie).

You have to spend about $500-600 for pins..?
