That seems reasonable. Because those shackles are mounted in the concrete wall. They’d be tough to remove. Although I would think that the extra soundproofing would be a plus.

Yes, it’s enraging that some Americans get vaccinated while others choose not to. You choose to be enraged over people that choose to get it. I choose to be enraged about those that do not. And so it goes. 

I haven’t been to a movie theater in years. First there were the bedbugs, now the Wuhan Flu, and of course the cell phones and the people who just can’t STFU. It’s just not enjoyable anymore. I used to like theaters so much, I even used to work in one. Not anymore.
