I’m not sure there’s any way they can do this right. Your primary market is 40 something dads who want to feel cool and off-roady and their budget is $22,000.

If it doesn’t come up with an ecoboost and Gen3 Coyote options then start over.

the Maxlider guys are really starting to become shills for their brand and they’ve got Ford slobbering to help them out in lieu of building good quality Broncos. Those mock-up packages they’re trying to sell smell like Theranos. All posts, no actual specs.

IDK if its the sound of that engine or what but I like it. It looks almost identical to every other Mustang but it “seems” different. I’d legitmately consider buying it but I’m guessing the markup’s will go north of 65K.

I just keep looking at it and thinking, man this thing is fucking ugly and it worries me about the 2020 Ford Bronco more and more.

ha ha. you are totally right on this. for $60,000 I can buy a 4 year old Land Cruiser and a trailer.

that looks ridiculous. i hope they aren’t expecting many people beyond early 20's males to buy that.

This seems kind of ... unnecessary. And that’s coming from someone with an NV3550 in his ‘74. It just isn’t really going to be utilized in a fashion that it should be. Now if they wanted to mate it to a Coyote and sold a top-end premium model then I could see maybe a limited run but even still this seems over the top.

I’ve never driven a Tesla nor one of these but many people complain that Tesla post two 1/4 miles in lunacy just putzes. Can this thing hold its own consistently mile after mile?

Multiple people agreed. But sure lets agree to disagree “working in craft beer industry guy.”

I said IPA’s are popular. But you go anywhere in Denver and IPA’s are relegated to APA’s, PA’s, and everything else. Its just a part of the group. But you do you citing an article that’s 18 mos. old instead of responding to what I said.

IPA’s are the most popular right now? Where do you live? Those things are popular yes. But right now, lagers, helles, sessions, sours, porters, basically everything is ahead of IPA for people who pay attention.

I’d love to see a Jalop piece on trends with cars in general. It appears that people are buying and holding longer too. Much like cell phones. It seems that people are finally wising up to the new car market. But it could just be me. I could buy a new car/daily driver if I wanted too, but I’d rather put that money

wut. so long as they require you to have to turn your Bronco back in if you cut out the flares I am all good with whatever the new design looks like. but since we’re on it let me tell you about my ‘74 LUBR with the Coyote Gen 2 that I am working on. so guys ... you see I am here to do it in 7 phases and then what’s

FWIW, I have a Lexus 2006 GX470 which has about 150,000 miles on it. This is basically a junior Cruiser and has all the same issues you’re referencing except weight and MPG is a bit better. I would love to buy an LC but you can find a 2 year old one with 40K miles oftentimes for like 30K less. That’s where the real

I grew up in CLE. I was in HS for ‘94-’98 years. Jim Thome is most definently not a HOF player and used steroids.

Real talk here, why is tennis the new IT kid on deadspin.

Related. Apple Carplay is kinda garbage. #teamToyota here.

This game is laughably bad. I knew better but bought it anyway. Shame on me.

This is another run of games that just demonstrate the lack of market understanding. Other than the Samurai game, none of these mildly interest me. But for the Red Dead remake, I don’t know that any game excites me in the nex year. It’s getting harder and harder to get excited about these games. Maybe because I don’t
