Why wouldn't they want to make a precedent? As long as indy devs come to them and they make money out of doing nothing (or always still have the option to shoot the dev down), I can't see a downside.

@ZukeZuke: They're polar opposites - only barely the same genre. Burnout and GT are my two favourite racing series by far, for the reason they both do what they do the best. I don't think you can say you've replaced one with the other though.

I don't think car damage fitting of the quality/anality of the rest of the game is possible this gen.
